In 2142, a new ice age sends the planet into turmoil. Only small parcels of land remain that have not been coated in ice, and that will only feed so many people. Pick a side, the European Union, or the Pan Asian Coalition, as you fight for survival. Players will be armed with advanced and devastating weaponry that covers everything from assault rifles, to huge Battle Walkers. Players will have to use cunning and their selection of weapons if they want to level the playing field for a chance at surviving.
Battlefield 2142 features the Titan mode in which players on each team try to destroy the others Titan, an enormous flying warship. Teams will have to disable the enemy Titans shields, board it and then fight their way to the ships core so they can destroy it, while defending their own Titan. Another feature is the 64-player online mode that lets you experience a massive battlefield with up to 63 other players.
Rewards, medals and equipment are awarded in the game and in real time. Players can unlock items and have access to it on their next respawn. Players can also blend multiple player classes and expand on their abilities. Battlefield 2142 provides players with access to some pretty awesome ground vehicles and aircraft, as well as high-tech weapons.
